Delicious and refreshing salad with tuna fish. This vibrant salad features crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, cool cucumber, and tender sorrel leaves, topped with corn and tuna. Drizzled with lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and red pepper flakes, it’s a perfect light meal or side dish.
Ingredients
- 3 leaves of lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- A few sorrel leaves
- 1 tea glass of corn
- 1 small can of tuna
- Juice of half a lemon
- Pomegranate molasses
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Chop all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Drain the oil from the tuna.
- Add lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and red pepper flakes on top, and mix well.
