Ingredients
- 3 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of quinoa
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1/2 small cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 150 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 packet of vanilla
Instructions
- Place the quinoa in a bowl and soak it for 1-2 hours.
- After soaking, rinse and drain the quinoa, then transfer it to a pot.
- Add the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar to the pot and place it on the stove.
- Stir over low heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
- In a separate glass, dissolve the starch with 2 tablespoons of milk.
- Slowly add the dissolved starch to the boiling mixture, stirring continuously.
- Once the pudding thickens, remove it from the heat.
- Add 150 grams of dark chocolate and the vanilla to the slightly thickened pudding and continue to stir.
- Pour the pudding into bowls while still warm.
- Decorate as desired and let it cool to set. Enjoy!
