Ingredients
- 2 cups of peas
- 1 tea glass of water (for boiling the peas)
- 5 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tea glass of pistachios
Instructions
- Steam the peas and drain the water.
- Place them in a food processor.
- Add tahini, garlic, olive oil, avocado, pistachios, and salt, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a plate and garnish as desired.
