Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 200 grams butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2 to 3.5 cups flour
Instructions
- First, make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until well combined.
- Add the 3 eggs and beat again.
- Add 1 cup of milk and mix again.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and vanilla into the mixture and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to one part and 2 tablespoons of flour to the other part to create two different colored cake batters.
- Alternately pour the plain batter and cocoa batter into a cake mold, and use a skewer or stick to swirl the two colors together.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40-45 minutes.
